We are a team of IT experts, with the same vision and the same principles, but of different talents and strengths, and of different interests in various things.
Our sameness binds us, while our differences cause us to further grow in character and increase in learning.
Our love for God draws all the boundaries in the way we carry out our work.

The animal called "meerkat" best represents our team, as its above characteristics rightly align with our principles.
1. Team Work.
Everyone who works with us is a partner. As the company grows, everyone grows. As a team, we work side by side. The success of one, we consider the whole team's success. We do not measure by individual output, but by the team's output.
2. Freedom and Individuality
We love freedom. We believe that the best way one can deliver an excellent output and give his best is when he enjoys what he does. We let each one of us strategize in handling his assignment and manage his own time, choose a project he is most fitted and comfortable with, work where he is most productive, and give his view and opinion on every decision we have to make. As long as it benefits our clients and protects the mission and vision of MeerKat, we fully support it. We agree to disagree on the rest.
3. Sense of Mission
Our motivation for getting into something is never monetary. As long as we believe in what the work aims to accomplish and are confident that we can contribute to its success, we get involved.
Before MeerKat, we were individually working with companies that sought help in applying technology to their business. MeerKat came about in the middle of a discussion on how greatly the need is for small to medium enterprises wanting the benefits of current technology, but could not afford having their own IT support. We thought this need must be answered. That was when we decided to get together again and form this group, now a company called MeerKat ITSolutions, Inc.
For us, business should exist not just to merely gain profit.
It should exist to benefit society.
Profit for us is just the reward for a job well done.
4. Integrity and Excellence
We intend to put our best effort in ensuring that technology is applied to support the business, and not the business supporting the technology. Technology should be only where it is applicable and beneficial.
We know what we do. We do not get into something we know nothing about.
We are a pool of highly-skilled and ethically professional individuals, a collective
experience of more than 30 years in the IT Industry.
We guard confidentiality. We do not disclose the "how", "what" and "why" of your business to others, especially your competitors. Once we partner with you, we keep every information within the confines of your company and MeerKat only.
We pursue quality. For us, the race to quality has no finish line. We do not stop learning and trying to better our approach, our strategies, our work, and our services. Thus, you can count on us to give you our present best.
5. Valued Relationships
We value relationships. We see to it that you are satisfied with our work and you get your investment's worth. If we feel we are not the one that can best give you the solution, we recommend other IT companies that can, or partner with them, still with the goal of providing you with the right solution. We share opportunities, not compete.
We share our knowledge and skills. Through our counterparting approach, we get to involve your own people all throughout the duration of the project, from planning to implementation - passing on not just the technology, but also the learnings acquired as the project progresses.
We understand your needs. Having your people involved also gives both your people and us the confidence that we have the same understanding towards the business process, its objectives and requirements, and the exact goals of the project.
